Shelley - Salon Owner

Hairdressing since 1995, beginning as a Saturday girl, going on to achieve qualifications in all aspects of hairdressing including advanced diplomas and NVQ assessor award. Takes part in regular training with the Affinage colour team and Toni & Guy.

Enjoys creative cutting, dressing long hair up and training junior stylists. "I love nothing better than to have free reign on a total restyle, making my client feel like a new person".

Aims to maintain a happy clientele and relaxed working environment. To develop business and hairdressing acumen.

Emma - Creative Director

Hairdressing since 2000 and has been part of the team at Mishishi since 2007 after moving to Spalding from the south coast.

Enjoys giving clients a managable style and colour, which looks good and lasts between salon visits.

Aims to be on top of current trends and hairdressing techniques, as well as providing value for money and a friendly, professional service.

Katie - Creative Director

Hairdressing in Spalding since 2001, during which time she has attended regular courses at various centers including the TIGI Academy, Goldwell, L’Oreal and Paul Mitchell. Currently working with Label-m styling products and Z-one Concept colours.

Enjoys dressing long hair for special occasions and creative cutting and colouring “I love to see someone’s confidence boosted after I have styled their hair. It’s very satisfying”.

Aims to maintain a good relationship with my clients and to keep learning techniques to stay up to date with current trends.

Ben - Salon Designer

Qualified April 2009 in all aspects of hairdressing. Worked at Mishishi hair since October 2007. Specialises in Brazilian Blow Dry.

Enjoys plaiting and braiding long hair and all aspects of colouring. "I aspire to give all clients a manageable colour/style that also compliments their personality and lifestyle; whilst making their time at the salon a relaxing and enjoyable visit".

Aims to complete NVQ level 3, build up his own client base and gain experience in African-Caribbean hair.

Stevie - Salon Stylist

Trained to NVQ level 2 in hairdressing. Competent in applying colours and styling hair. Stevie is working on foiling and cutting techniques.

Enjoys learning new techniques and dressing long hair. "I really enjoy taking part in the pamper parties, it's a great opportunity to create different styles with long hair".

Aims to develop skills in customer care and hairdressing and gain experience and knowledge from her colleagues.

Emma - Beauty Therapist

Qualified beauty therapist since 1994. Has gained many advanced beauty therapy qualifications since then including Advanced Waxing, Microdermoabrasion & Microcurrent Facials Treatment

Enjoys nothing more than resolving people's skin problems no matter how big or small. Also loves attending regular Dermalogica training.

Aims to offer a relaxed but professional service to all customers and keep up to date with current beauty trends.
