Relax

Before or after your treatment you may sit and relax in our reception area and enjoy complementary beverages. You should try to drink plenty of water and avoid tea, coffee and alcohol.

After treatments with oils avoid the use of sunbeds for 24 hours or sunbathing to get the maximum effect from the oils. Do not bathe or shower for 6 hours.
